Reported from ESPN, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are racing on two records Champions League this. Messi had equaled Ronaldo’s record as the player with the most number of teams scored against his goal with a total of 37 teams.
Ronaldo kept his distance, the goal against Atalanta made him beat Messi who has now 38 teams down in the Champions League!
The two players are also the players with the most winning goals in Champions League. Cristiano Ronaldo is slightly ahead, 42 goals compared to 39 goals from Messi.
It seems, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi will continue to race achievements even though it is approaching old age. The two GOATs aka Greatest of all Time are still hot!
