Caracas.- For the tenth time, Venezuelan rum Santa Teresa is awarded by the Beverage Tasting Institute (BTI) de Chicago, this time, Saint Teresa 1796 won the silver medal with 87 points in the classification of the International Spirits Review.
Alberto Vollmer, executive president of Ron Santa Teresa, He stated: “It is a source of pride for the country and for Santa Teresa 1796 to be the Venezuelan rum recognized within the BTI ranking of Chicago. The unexpectedness of the sensorial characteristics and globality of our super Premium rum make it worthy of this recognition ”.

The award ceremony was held after the evaluation of a panel of experts tasters related to the production and marketing of liquors, including wines, beers and spirits.
