The Cooperation component generally involves negotiations and financial agreements that have a direct impact on the country’s economy. By placing it under the responsibility of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, better control of incoming and outgoing financial flows linked to international cooperation is expected. According to a source close to the Ministry of Finance, Romuald Wadagni will thus have a more important role in the negotiation and management of financial agreements with foreign partners.
