Roma’s Summer Pre-Season Plans Revealed by Mourinho: Friendlies with Braga, Boreale, and Toulouse

Rome has decided its summer. It will be a hot pre-season for the team of Mourinho, which will be divided between Italy, Portugal and France. It was the Portuguese coach who revealed the Giallorossi’s plans, who posted a video on his Instagram profile showing the list of friendlies scheduled between July and August.

Roma match board

Boreale, Latina, Braga, Farense, Tolosa: these are the names of the clubs that can be read on the blackboard hanging on the wall, during the technical meeting in Trigoria with all of Mourinho’s staff present. The scheduled match against Boreale will open the dance Saturday 15th July, at 10.30, on Campo Testaccio. While for the third year in a row, the Giallorossi will carry out part of their summer preparation in the Algarve, where Wednesday July 26th they will face Braga in a friendly match (at 9pm in Italy) at the Estadio Municipal in Albufeira. Finally Roma will fly to France where Sunday August 6th he will face Toulouse, fresh winners of the French Cup, at the Stadium Municipal at 19.30.

Mourinho crosses his legs again

Mou’s cross-legged position then unleashed fans on social media. In fact, there is someone who hypothesizes in this gesture, with the foot combo in the foreground, a return to a coded message, to which the technician is not new: in fact, he had already used it in the past to send messages to companies. And with the summer transfer market going wild, it could be a clear reference to incoming negotiations of Rome. Will it really be a message addressed to President Friedkin to draw attention to this long wait for the requested reinforcements?
