Romanian President Condemns Russia’s Strike on Ukraine’s Port Infrastructure

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has strongly condemned Russia’s latest strike on the port infrastructure of the city of Reni near the country’s border, which poses security risks in the Black Sea.

Before that, the Ukrainian operational command “South” reported that on the night of July 24, the Russian military launched another strike on the Odessa region. According to the Ukrainian military, the target of the attack was the port infrastructure of the Danube. As a result of the strikes, a hangar with grain was destroyed, tanks for storing other cargoes were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the production facilities. The head of the military administration of the Odessa region, Oleg Kiper, said that six port employees were injured during the attack. Four were hospitalized with injuries. Russia’s last attack also condemned the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova.
