Roman Abramovich and Two Ukrainian Negotiators Allegedly Poisoned by Chemical Weapons

LVIV, KOMPAS.TVOligark, who was acting as a Russia-Ukraine mediator and owner of Chelsea FC, Roman Abramovich was allegedly poisoned using chemical weapons. Apart from Abramovich, two Ukrainian negotiators are also suspected of being poisoned.

Wall Street Journal reported that Abramovich and two Ukrainian negotiators showed signs of poisoning after a meeting in Kiev in early March.

The newspaper admitted to interviewing an anonymous source with knowledge of the incident.

Luckily, Abramovich and the two Ukrainian negotiators in question are reported to have recovered and their lives were not in danger.

According to reports Wall Street JournalAbramovich showed symptoms of peeling facial skin and hands, red and painful eyes, and painful inflammation of the skin.

Bellingcat, The collective of investigators who investigated the poisoning of Alexei Navalny and Sergei Skripal by Russia, reported that Abramovich, as well as two Ukrainian negotiators, felt symptoms the night after the meeting in Kiev on March 3, 2022.

according to Bellingcatthe symptoms experienced by the three people were consistent with chemical weapons poisoning.

However, according to reports Wall Street Journalthe experts investigating the case failed to get samples from the three victims in time.

Investigator Bellingcat Leading the investigation, Christo Grozev said the symptoms were consistent with chemical weapons poisoning.
