Roma Wins 10-0 in First Test Match with Mourinho

AS Roma win big in the first test match together Jose Mourinho. Roma beat local team Montecatini Calcio with a landslide score of 10-0.

The test match against Montecatini was held at Rome’s training center at Fulvio Bernardini, Friday (16/7/2021) early morning hrs. This match is part of Roma’s pre-season ahead of the 2021/2022 season.

Roma scored five goals in each half. Borja Mayoral became a star by scoring a hat-trick for the Giallorossi. Nicolo Zaniolo, who is recovering from a severe knee injury, also scored from a penalty.

Carles Perez, Gianluca Mancini, Riccardo Calafiori, Nicola Zalewski and Amadou Diawara also listed their names on the scoreboard for Roma. One more goal is an own goal player Montecatini.

Roma have so far planned to undergo six test matches during pre-season. Next, they will face Ternana on July 18th.

I Lupi will also face Triestina, Debreceni VSC, and Real Betis. Roma are scheduled to face Jose Mourinho’s former club Porto in a friendly on July 28 in Portugal.

AS Roma will start the 2021/2022 Italian League by hosting Fiorentina on August 22 at the Stadio Olimpico.
