Roma draw against Tottenham in a lively European game – El Democrata

Drafting. Xalapa, Ver.- Tottenham Hotspur and AS Roma played an intense match on day 5 of the UEFA Europa League, according to the group stage.

With an even game, neither team managed to take advantage, ending with a score of 2 to 2. Tottenham quickly took the lead on the scoreboard with a penalty scored by Son in the 5th minute.

But Roma managed to tie things up before the break with a goal from defender N’Dicka in the 20th minute.

The game was fought and very fair, both teams looked for the goal in the second half, but the defenders and the goalkeepers were up to the task.

So far in extra time Mats Hummels appeared with a header to save the tie for Roma firmly in the group and is placed as number 9 in the general table.

Meanwhile, Roma drop to 21st place and will continue to fight for a place in the next level.

The two teams will close their participation in the group stage next week, with the aim of proving that they qualify for the finals of this European competition.
