Chelsea have reached a deal to sell Tammy Abraham to Serie A Roma squad, according to reports in Italy.
Abraham has been largely linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge this summer, with the imminent arrival of Romelu Lukaku expected to place him even lower in the pecking order under Thomas Tuchel.

Abraham is expected to leave Chelsea this summer
The 23-year-old is linked with a return to former club on loan Aston Villa, as well as with London rivals West Ham and Southampton.
But it is claimed Chelsea would prefer to sell the young striker to a foreign club, and Sky Italy now reports that the Blues have accepted a £ 34million offer from Jose Mourinho’s Roma.
The report adds that the decision is now entirely in Abraham’s hands as to whether he wishes to settle in the Italian capital.
The England leader finished last season as Chelsea’s top scorer with 12 goals – a tally that saw him tied with Timo Werner despite playing around half of his German teammate’s games.

Abraham finished last season with the same number of goals as Werner despite fewer games
Having been favored by Frank Lampard, Abraham slipped down the hierarchy after Tuchel’s appointment in January.
Abraham has played in Chelsea’s three pre-season friendlies ahead of the new Premier League campaign, and is expected to line up for the Blues again in Wednesday’s Super Cup final against Villarreal.
But chances are it will be his last appearance in a Blues jersey, with a slew of clubs chasing his signing.
In addition to Roma, reports claim that Arsenal and Italy’s Atalanta team are also showing interest in Abraham.
Villa’s signing of Danny Ings for £ 30million appears to have ruled out a move for their former striker on loan, despite having cashed £ 100million from the sale of Jack Grealish to Man City the Villans still have plenty of money to spend.
West Ham has also been linked with an interest, but the Hammers are unlikely to rival Roma and their £ 34million offer.
Perry Groves insists Tammy Abraham ‘still has a lot to prove’ and thinks move to West Ham would be great for her career
Southampton are also said to be in the running, with recent reports claiming they have made an investigation as they seek to replace Ings, but the Saints want to sign the striker on loan as Chelsea are only interested in a permanent deal .
A move to Arsenal also seems unlikely given Chelsea’s reluctance to sell to a Premier League rival.
While the clubs have a history of transactions in recent years – including Petr Cech, Willian and David Luiz – they have all been players in the twilight of their careers and Chelsea have been happy to let the Gunners go, not a young experienced. goalscorer who is still years away from his prime.
And while he may not match Tuchel’s plans, Chelsea are well aware of Abraham’s talent and sense of purpose. The 23-year-old has scored wherever he is, as well as a decent number of assists.

Tammy Abraham was a huge hit on loan at Aston Villa in the 2018/19 campaign
In senior club football, the youngster has a record 209 appearances, 90 goals, 24 assists during loan spells at Swansea, Bristol City, Aston Villa and his career at Chelsea.
His form for Chelsea under former boss Lampard even saw Abraham called up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad for their Euro 2020 qualifiers, but by the time he came to name the Three Lions squad for the final, he had seen his playing time limited by Tuchel.
A move to Rome would see him bond with ex-Chelsea manager Mourinho in Italy.
Abraham was in the academy ranks on the Portuguese’s second stint at Stamford Bridge, but only made his senior debut for the club after the Special One left.
