Fridolina Rölfö looks set to miss Sweden’s important matches against Bosnia & Herzegovina in February. The injury puts an end to the Swede.
Sweden looks to have to do without Fridolina Rolfö in the double meeting with Bosnia & Herzegovina at the end of February. This is announced by her club Barcelona.
Last autumn, Rolfö underwent an operation after sustaining a meniscus injury. Since then she has not played a match.
The Spanish newspaper Sport writes that Barcelona does not believe that Rolfö will be back in action until after the national team break, even though she has been back in team training for almost two weeks.
– They will hardly be able to return before the national team break, said the club’s coach Jonatan Giráldes about Rolfö and Alexia Putellas at a press conference in the past few days.
