Dresden – The excitement was palpable when Roland Kaiser announced the long-awaited dates for Kaisermania 2025. Fans had already speculated with concern as to whether the popular event in Dresden might be canceled. The unrest was further increased by the announcement of his summer concerts in other cities such as Rostock and Erfurt. But then the longed-for all-clear came.
Kaisermania has to be postponed due to a sporting event
The Kaisermania, the annual highlight for hit fans, will also take place in Dresden on the banks of the Elbe in 2025. But this time with a twist: there is an unusual break of over a week between the concert weekends. The dates are now on the 25th/26th. July and the 8th/9th Set for August 2025.

The reason for this is the “Finals”, the German championships in 18 sports, which will be held in Dresden from July 31st to August 3rd, 2025. Due to the expected crowds, the city of Dresden asked Roland Kaiser to postpone the second concert weekend by one week. The pop star explained on Instagram: “That’s why, at the request of the city of Dresden, we are holding the second weekend a week later.”
Roland Kaiser fans are relieved
Fans’ reactions ranged from relief to pure joy. Many expressed their excitement that Kaisermania will take place despite the initial uncertainties. Ticket sales for the Dresden concerts are scheduled to start at the beginning of November, although the exact date has yet to be announced. Fans are eagerly waiting to secure their seats for this unforgettable event.
