Rögle and Kim Rosdahl are about to go their separate ways after the flop starts

The 26-year-old striker has arrived from the season of his life in Oskarshamn.

With Fredrik Olofsson in the center, Rosdahl scored 18 goals and 20 assists for IKO.

But already during the winter they both had finished playing Rögle for this season.

Olofsson never came to Rögle and Rosdahl had already signed.

The beginning was difficult for Kim Rosdahl.

There is now a change underway as Linus Sandin joins the squad.

Kim Rosdahl is out of business and the club would rather try to find a business deal with another club to get a solution.

Last week, SportExpressen was able to reveal that Linus Sandin was supposed to sign for Rögle when the 24 hours of unconditional waiver with the Philadelphia Flyers expires, which is shortly.

Information says Sandin will step into Rosdahl’s place in the power play.

Already during the match against HV71, Rosdahl was at the bottom of the team. He played in a fourth chain with Linus Sjödin and Oliver Tärnström. Having averaged over 14 minutes per game prior to that match, it was nine minutes and 32 seconds against HV71.

There were even fewer minutes against Örebro.

Rögle is about to separate from Rosdahl

The information received by SportExpressen states that Rögle wants to find a solution and has informed Kim Rosdahl’s agent, who is currently investigating the market in other clubs.

– I have no comments on that. You can take it with my agent Michael Johansson, says Rosdahl.

How about your play time is running out and now Sandin should take your place in the power play?

– Coaches eliminate the team.

Rögle will face Frölunda and Timrå away from home this week.

So Linus Sandin will likely be on the team and then there is a lot of evidence that Kim Rosdahl could become the thirteenth striker, or be completely excluded from the team.

Management is open to finding a solution, and agent Michael Johansson is looking to find solutions elsewhere.

The club is looking for both a center and a defender for the team, and the ideal would be to find an exchange solution with another federation.

Kim Rosdahl has a relatively high salary that extends well above the average SHL salary.

According to information from SportExpressen, Rosdahl earns just under 150,000 Swedish kronor per month and the contract will also last for next season.

Sports manager Chris Abbott is clear that Kim Rosdahl is Rögle’s player and that there is nothing else to worry about at the moment, when he briefly comments on the information.

Agent Michael Johansson was contacted for comment.
