Roger Waters himself responds to the investigation on Twitter. My performance in Berlin has provoked attacks from people who want to smear me and silence me because they disagree with my political beliefs and moral principles.

“The elements of my performance at issue are clearly a statement against fascism, injustice and bigotry in all its forms.
