While offering the tour, Seminara speculated that the land’s value would be around $ 40 million.
As the author was walking down the street, he came across some barns right in front of Federer’s property. Jokingly, Seminara mentioned how Federer could tear down the small buildings and turn them into warehouses for his trophies.
