In his interview given to GQ GermanyRoger Federer returned to what can motivate him today, he obviously talks about his foundation which already occupied him a little when he was in action on the court.
“I have always loved the moments when we can inspire each other as athletes. Those moments outside of the match, when we learn from each other and forget for a moment that we are going to compete again, are the best. I like to create something positive with others. And money doesn’t always have to be the main driver. Sometimes a good idea or time are much more important investments. My foundation will be 20 years old this year and I can’t wait to give it even more of my newly gained time. »
