The tennis legend bought this land in 2008, 8000m2 for 10 million CHF. He then razed the existing house to build two adjoining chalets, one for himself and his immediate family, the other for his parents Robert and Lynette.
The work will have cost nearly 8 million francs.
The connecting building between the two chalets contains everything you could want in terms of comfort, from a cinema room to a wellness area with a 150 square meter swimming pool.
