Rødt does not wish to comment on the matter before the extraordinary national meeting on Monday evening. The meeting will take place digitally, Rødt’s press secretary Maren Njøs Kurdøl tells Dagbladet.
Moxnes admitted on Friday to having taken a pair of sunglasses to Gardermoen. He has changed his explanation several times and has admitted to tearing off the note and putting the glasses in his luggage.

Party secretary in Rødt, Reidar Strisland, comments on the situation and the extraordinary meeting on Dagsnytt 18 on NRK on Monday evening.
– The vast majority have been clear that they have confidence in Moxnes, says Strisland.
Strisland says about tonight’s meeting:
– It is a national board meeting, it is an information meeting because Bjørnar Moxnes is on sick leave.
Deputy manager in Rødt, Marie Sneve Martinussen, will be acting manager during sick leave, Strisland says.
– No one has expressed a desire for a decision tonight, he says when asked about any proposals regarding Moxne’s departure.
– It must be a terribly dramatic turn. Now Bjørnar has told his story, he has stated that he wants the photos and video to be published, says Strisland.
– This is a dark chapter in Bjørnar Moxnes’s book, but it is a book with an awful lot of bright chapters, says the party secretary.
