– It has gone very well for many years, but something has obviously happened this year. Whether it is corona and that the Russians have been allowed to roll less, or something else, I do not know, but it has intensified, says general manager Lars Gullichsen at Circle K Nykirke.

The police stated that it was a bus from Horten and a bus from Drammen that were to meet to talk, but that this escalated.

– It has been a couple of weekends that people have agreed on a meeting place here, and that is a development we do not want, Gullichsen says to Dagbladet.

The police informed The regular that there was talk of four buses from Asker, Sandefjord and Tønsberg last weekend.
– We were told that a fight had been agreed. This is nothing new, but one may wonder what such fights have to do with celebration. It is a low goal, you ask me, said police operations manager Erik Gunnerød to Gjengangeren.

Gullichsen says that they have now taken action.
– Now we choose to stay closed to the Russians this weekend, then we will see what happens after that, Gullichsen says.
– We do not want to stay closed, but we have to set some limits, he says.
On Facebook, the gas station writes that they have no choice.

Gullichsen says that he thinks it is a coincidence that they end up at the petrol station where he is the general manager.
– I think it is very coincidental, but it is clear, we are very central, so it may be part of the reason, he says.
The petrol station is located on the E18 and is very easy to get to from large parts of the East and South.
– We must have confidence that they are adults and that this will get better. We have a very good relationship with local russ, but there is something about going across county boundaries. Something has happened this year, Gullichsen concludes.
