A Honduran cardinal expressed solidarity with the Nicaraguan Catholic group in the confront of community governing administration sanctions.
Oscar Rodríguez Maradiaga, cardinal and archbishop of Tegucigalpa, described the predicament of persecution that the Catholic Church in Nicaragua has been suffering for weeks at the hands of the Sandinista governing administration.
