The European-style villa was designed for him in the 1990s by renowned architect Richard Landry, who also designed the homes of Mark Wahlberg and (now ex-couple) Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen at the time. As well as a separate guest house, the extensive grounds boast a built-in barbecue, the obligatory swimming pool and even a football pitch. The London-born rocker returned to England permanently in 2016 with his third wife Penny Lancaster (52, photo) and their sons Alastair (17) and Aiden (12). The family lives in Essex, just outside London. The boys attend school nearby. Rod does have a ‘country house’ in the United States, especially in Palm Beach, Florida. According to intimates, he is fully engaged in the settlement of his estate. He is also in talks to sell his music catalog.

With the sale of this villa, Stewart is making some serious profit: at the time he bought the land for a good 11 million euros, and now he is selling it for 55 million more.

The house has thirteen bedrooms and no less than nineteen bathrooms, two of which are completely in marble. Other notable areas in the home include a speakeasy bar, the wine cellar, the several garages for cars and motorcycles, the full kitchen outside.

Anyone who buys this gigantic villa will also be the neighbor of stars such as Justin Bieber, The Rock, Adele and Denzel Washington. They also live in Beverly Park, one of the most expensive gated communities in Beverly Hills.

In addition to the large swimming pool, a built-in barbecue and a gigantic fireplace, Stewart also had a football field built on the gigantic domain.
