If the subpoena is ignored, the developer threatens to forcibly demolish Rocky’s house by asking for help from the Satpol PP.
The developer said that the 800 square meter land used as a house by Rocky Gerung only had a building rights certificate (SHGB).

Power of law Rocky Gerung, Haris Azhar stated, his party has already moved to respond to the summons from Sentul City.
Haris said that as a legal assistant, he had sent a letter to the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning.
“About 3 weeks ago, we replied, we are still getting summons again. We will reply again. We will report it to BPN. Just ask Pak Sofyan Djalil (Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN),” Haris told reporters on Wednesday ( 9/9/2021).
Haris said, Rocky Gerung previously purchased land in Kampung Gunung Batu, RT 02 RW 11, Bojong Koneng Village in 2009.
The previous physical land lord, said Haris, had a letter of claim.
