SERAYUNEWS – Rockstar Games officially announced its plans to launch its newest game in a video trailer Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) on Tuesday (5/12/2023).
This action-adventure genre or themed game is scheduled to launch in March 2025. GTA 6 will arrive first, on the PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Xbox Series S/X game consoles. Rockstar has not mentioned launching a PC version or computers, laptops, and the like.
Since it was launched for the first time, the game trailer has been watched by up to 102 million users on YouTube as of Wednesday (6/12/2023) afternoon WIB. Don’t forget, fans wrote as many as 739 thousand posts in the comments column.
GTA VI has been eagerly awaited by fans of this game. The reason is, it was last released more than a decade or 12 years after Rockstar Games released GTA V. In fact, this game is the second best-selling video game of all time after Microsoft’s Minecraft.
GTA 6 Trailer Has Leaked
Interestingly, the trailer was first leaked on one of the social media, namely X, on Monday (4/12/2023) by an irresponsible party. Accounts that leak are immediately blocked, including their content is also taken down.
“Our trailer has been leaked so please watch the original on YouTube,” said Rockstar Games in response to the leaked GTA 6 trailer on X.
As recent teaser videos and various rumors suggest, GTA VI will be set in Leonida, Rockstar’s version of Florida, and will be largely centered on Vice City, or Miami for short.
The GTA 6 trailer also provides glimpses of the game, one of which is the main character named Lucia. She is the first female protagonist in the Grand Theft Auto series.***
