Kharkiv is under rocket attack, the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, said.
“Citizens hear explosions – at least there were several,” Terekhov said.
The head of the Kharkov garrison, Sergei Melnik, urged the inhabitants of Kharkov to stay in shelters.
“Kharkovites, stay in shelters! Air raid due to enemy missile launches! Another one in the air! Melnik said.
