A sports motorbike on the ground after having collided with a car, and another, a little further, also on the ground. A particularly distressing sight.
The accident happened on Saturday, around 4:30 p.m., on the D58B. Two bikers have just left Nondkeil to head for Rochonvillers at the controls of their engines. On exiting the turn, one of the two pilots finds himself face to face with a car traveling in the opposite direction. The shock is inevitable, the victim is thrown to the ground. The second motorcyclist, trying to swerve, slips on the road and is also found on the ground.
The help, warned, is dispatched on the spot. One of the two victims is said to have an open broken leg. Supported by the firefighters, the two motorcyclists as well as the driver of the vehicle involved were all transported to the Bel Air hospital in Thionville.
During the rescue operations and the findings, in order to determine the exact circumstances of the accident, the gendarmes of the Audun-le-Tiche company set up a diversion.
