Minister Francisco Falcão, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), gave a period of 15 days for the defense of the player Robinho to present a challenge to the Italian government’s request for him to serve a nine-year prison sentence for rape.
The athlete’s defense wanted a full review of the athlete’s judgment in Italy and demanded a full and translated copy of the process, in order to look for possible irregularities.
