Robin Bus’ permit revoked; The Motor Vehicle Department has continuously violated the law

Thiruvananthapuram – The permit of the controversial Robin Bus, which operated from Pathanamthitta to Coimbatore, has been cancelled. The order says that the permit is canceled due to persistent violation of the law. K. The permit of the bus was in the name of Kishore.

Last day, the Robin Bus was seized by the Motor Vehicle Department and transferred to the Pathanamthitta Police Camp on the allegation of continuously violating the permit. A case was also filed against the bus for violating the permit. The Motor Vehicle Department has also taken measures including cancellation of driver’s license.

It was also discussed that the motor vehicles department levied fines on the bus several times during the journey. Action was also taken against those who called for violation of the law. Protests were raised from various quarters against the action of the Department of Motor Vehicles against the bus.
