There is no doubt that “Batman” star Robert Pattinson (35)who got his big breakthrough as the vampire Edward Cullen in “Twilight”has many fans.
What many may not have known, however, is that much of what is written about him is not actually true.
In a new interview with the magazine GQ the 35-year-old actor reveals that he has been lying since 2009, to make himself more interesting.
– I was perceived as an asshole
– Do not know why
Pattinson has, among other things, lied that he never washes his hair, and that he never cleans his apartment because he does not care.
In an earlier interview, he has according Hollywood Life was asked about his relationship with the circus when he was to star in the movie “Water for Elephants”. That time he told that the first time he was in the circus, he saw a clown die.

In retrospect, however, he has revealed that this was not entirely true.
– It was really early in the morning after a premiere. I was asked what my experience with the circus was, and I had nothing interesting to say. I do not know why I said that, he said.

The actor has also lied about a job as a hand model which was later revealed by his own mother. He is also said to have lied about stealing the porn magazine and then selling it on at school.
He is said to have been thrown out of school for this, he said below «The Howard Stern Show».
