- Lewandowski broke new boundaries again. On Sunday, he scored his 100th, 101st, 102nd and 103rd goals in the Bundesliga for Bayern at the Allianz Arena, and in addition he entered the group of players with at least half a thousand goals on his account
- Although the Pole is far from the leader of the list, there is no doubt that he is able to amaze the football world more than once.
- The Pole is delightful and has no intention of stopping, setting another exciting challenge for himself

The show of “Lewy” against the team from the capital he could not escape the attention of even – nomen omen – the Sunday football fan. The Pole again gave arguments in the discussion about who is the best player in Europe, although hardly anyone has been asking this question for a long time. Although “France Football” canceled its plebiscite for the Golden Ball this year, Lewandowski last week received the award from UEFA for the leading football player in the Old Continent. And over the weekend, he once again wrote a chapter in history.
The Pole has already delighted many times: four goals in the Champions League against Real Madrid and Crvenez zvezda, five goals in nine minutes in the match against VfL Wolfsburg … A great, triple-crowned last season, crowned with a win with Bayern in the Champions League. Many have wondered where the limits are for Lewandowski, and Lewandowski keeps shifting them and has new goals on the horizon.
On Sunday, he joined the elite 500+ club, i.e. players with at least half a thousand goals in their senior career. The Pole needed 773 meetings for this, which is certainly an impressive result, but in this respect better than him are e.g. Leo Messi (632 games) and Cristiano Ronaldo (753 games). However, “Lewy” can boast a better record than Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who scored his 500th goal after 868 appearances.
Lewandowski started his impressive shooting over 15 years ago in the colors of Delta Warszawa. His first “loot” was a hit against KS Łomianki. Later, “Lewy” shot for Znicz Pruszków, Lech Poznań and Borussia Dortmund. Currently, his hits enjoy the fans of Bayern and of course the Polish national team.
Lewandowski, however, is far from the all-time leader Josef Biscan. The legendary representative of Austria and Czechoslovakia, he scored 805 goals in professional football and several dozen hits ahead of the Brazilians Romario and Pele. The closest to Biscana is Cristiano Ronaldo, who has accumulated 760 hits and will surely hunt to break the record.
Can Lewandowski do it? The Pole needed over six years to score the previous 300 goals. If he were effective, Biscana would have caught up at 38. You have to remember that there is still a rivalry with the still active Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi or Ibrahimovic, but we can be sure that “Lewy” will screw the result, and in his case no one will dare to say that anything is impossible.
