Robert Card, a suspect in a mass shooting in the US state of Maine, was found dead, NBC10Boston reported, citing law enforcement sources.
“Robert Card… was found dead,” the report said.
A man opened fire with a machine gun in three areas of Lewiston on the evening of October 25, including a shopping center and a bar. As a result, 18 people were killed and another 13 were injured. It was not possible to detain the attacker at the scene.
Police determined Robert Card was the shooter. According to ABC News, he was a weapons instructor, he had mental health problems, and he had already threatened to do something similar.
