With the signing of the contract, the Kröncke Höfe on Admiralstrasse are now fully let again. Sparkasse Bremen is moving into the former space of the office planner and furniture retailer Designfunktion, which used the space for around two years. In addition to the Sparkasse Bremen, the building complex also houses the US bicycle manufacturer Trek Bike, which opened a shop and service area of around 750 m² in 2021. Another tenant change recently also took place within the building: Gestra AG, a manufacturer of fittings and control technology, moved to the premises of the start-up UZE Mobility. Other tenants of the Kröncke Höfe for many years have included the events company Joke, the Bremen Broadcasting Museum and Westphal Architects BDA. The former Meyerhoff area is now occupied by the Sparkasse Bremen, the financial advisor tecis, Trek Bike and Gestra.

The Kröncke Höfe are known in Bremen as the chair cane factory Menck, Schultze & Co. The company was originally founded in 1876 as a backyard factory in the Bremen station suburb; around 1890 the expansion took place on the current area between Findorffstrasse, Admiralstrasse, Plantage and Herbststrasse in the dynamic district of Findorff. Between 1882 and 1956, wickerwork for furniture and home accessories was manufactured at the Findorffer Plantation. The family company Bremer Polster used an area of around 3,500 m² on the site between 1973 and 2009; then the furniture store Meyerhoff from Osterholz-Scharmbeck moved into the complex until 2018.
