Campus of health professions

On the personal side, Christian Soubie recalled the recruitment“advanced practice nurses» in neurology and diabetology and three more in 2024 in oncology, emergencies and hemodialysis:“Master II courses financed by the establishment».

There are 485 students in nursing care and in the new course of childcare auxiliaries which was launched in 2022. The training will diversify in 2023 with an ambulance driver course.

“All this with the prospect of opening the campus of health professions on the Garderose site, 1,500 square meters dedicated and 800 health students in Libourne in the long term”. A project supported to the tune of 3.7 million euros by the Region and 500,000 euros by Cali for an opening in 2025.

Garderose again: the site dates from 1974, pavilions 34 and 42, medium stay SSR geriatrics will be grouped together in a new building and pavilion 36 for psychiatry will be rebuilt.

While the fifty-year-old wings of the hospital are being deconstructed, they will make way for other projects such as emergencies. Twelve additional outpatient places will soon be opened to double the capacity to 24 places from 2023.

Adocrise
