A team of robbers are wanted in connection with 26 robberies in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, police said Friday.
Police are looking for a total of four men as part of the spree that covered both the North and South Bronx — as well as the Fort George section of Manhattan — beginning May 26 and ending June 2, it said. the police.
In the first incident, shown in surveillance footage released by cops, three of the suspects got out of a black Volkswagen sedan on Wallace and Mace Avenues in Allerton around 12:15 p.m. on May 26 and approached a man 42, authorities said. .
The clip shows the trio punching the victim and struggling with her. They snatched a Gucci bag and $120 from her before leaving, cops said.
The thieves brought in more than $1,000, metal chains, cell phones and a designer bag during their spree, police said.

Three additional flights took place on May 26, 10 on May 29, four on May 30, seven on May 31 and one on June 2, authorities said.
One of the men is described as around 20 years old and weighing 160 pounds and 6 feet tall, with a dark complexion, brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a dark colored Nike hoodie.
The second suspect is also in his twenties, with a dark complexion, a slim build and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark-colored pants, a black balaclava mask and multi-colored sneakers.
Another suspect is described as a dark-skinned adult male with a slim build. He was last seen wearing red pants, a white t-shirt and multi-colored Nike sneakers.
The fourth crew member is dark-skinned and was last seen wearing a black balaclava mask and hoodie.
