Someone committed a robbery just after eight o’clock on Monday evening at the PLUS at the Besterdring in Tilburg. Police arrested a suspect shortly afterwards.
Around 8 a.m., the perpetrator threatened supermarket staff with a knife. He then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The police quickly arrived and arrested him near the supermarket. According to our correspondent, it is a young man.
The knife used to commit the robbery has not yet been found. Police are still investigating and are calling on witnesses to come forward.
