These facts are enough to show that the General Representative for National Security lost the opportunity to remain silent in the face of a current situation that embarrasses the State of Cameroon.

Is the current context, characterized by some social, political and security crises, favorable to a major development of the road network in Cameroon? How much does a kilometer of road cost in the country when we know that, in the new vision of the regime, it includes, in the market, related infrastructure to affect the lives of the local population ? Is the budget allocated to the Ministry of Public Works sufficient to be able to meet the needs of the people in terms of roads and other structures? Is Martin Mbarga Nguelé unaware of all these facts? Questions of conscience.
Sixth, the Minister of Public Works is the star member of the government who was congratulated by the Head of State in his year-end address to the nation, in 2022. Just like in 2023, a year in which the longing has put the state engineer will have been among the ministers who have clearly satisfied Paul Biya, with the wonderful services and their achievements.
