Luminor bank has allocated 384 thousand euros to the road construction and reconstruction company SIA Strauteks for the purchase of real estate in Sigulda. The building will be used for administrative and technical repair purposes.
The company has been providing a wide range of services for ten years and is mainly engaged in the construction and repair of roads, as well as the construction of hydraulic structures, water supply or sewerage, improvement of territories, paving, etc., realization of construction objects. SIA Strauteks is also engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
“The financing granted by the bank will help us to work more efficiently in the long term, because all the company’s activities will take place in one place, thus making the company’s operation even more profitable. In a well-organized machinery repair service, we plan to carry out the maintenance of our machinery ourselves, reducing the cost of outsourcing. There will also be an opportunity to provide additional services in metal processing, hydraulic hose production and spare parts trade. On the other hand, the large territory will allow us to keep the existing equipment with us and not in a rented property. During the company’s operation, we have successfully proven ourselves in both large and small objects and we will continue to offer professional services in the future,” says SIA Strauteks manager Juris Strautāns.
