As we have said, each of the paths we will take is completely new, we will have the possibility to choose between three possibilities at the beginning with teenagers who will have different characteristics that will make their journey easier and more difficult in different ways, but all with the same objective. This means that each game we play is completely new, which allows us to replay it for several games to discover each and every one of the secrets that Road 96 keeps for us.
As you have already been able to intuit, the weight of the game is carried by the narrative and obviously the decisions that we make throughout the trip, since each and every one of them will influence not only where we are going and with whom, but also in the adolescent’s own personality. . Likewise, during our trip we are going to meet the most varied characters with their concerns, hobbies, attitudes and history behind them, so we will get to know them little by little as we meet them on our different trips. In addition to the narrative, some of them can make the road easier for us thanks to the unlockables that will allow us things like having more energy, something that is essential since each part of the trip consumes said energy, or being able to hack electronic locks, which in Sometimes it can help us to get, for example, money from safe deposit boxes that we can use to make our trip more comfortable.
