Ajax would like to make a last-minute attempt for Mike Trésor Ndayishimiye, player of Willem ll. RMC Sport reports this on Sunday evening. Willem II, however, sees nothing in the departure of the attacker.
According to RMC, Ajax and the management of Trésor have been in contact with each other since April. The club would like to hijack him at the last moment from Willem II, which does not budge.
Trésor has already spoken with trainer Erik ten Hag, according to RMC. The agent of the attacker or attacking midfielder did not want to comment and indicates that Trésor is fully focused on Willem II. Ten Hag gave Sunday evening at Rondo that there will probably no more incoming transfers, except for Davy Klaassen. He will sign for four seasons on Monday.
If Ajax is actually interested in Trésor, the club still has 48 hours to pick him up from Willem II. The transfer market in the Netherlands closes on Tuesday evening at 11:59 pm. Trésor is still fixed at Willem II until the summer of 2023.
