RJD Kerala Unit Urges Central Leaders to Support Congress in Kerala

Patna: The delegation of the RJD Kerala unit met the central leaders of the party and requested them not to adopt an approach that weakens the Congress in Kerala. The meeting was held in the backdrop of rumors that the LJD, which is part of the Left Front, is merging with the RJD. When Congress MP Rahul Gandhi contests in the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency, the Kerala leaders said that they should not create a situation where RJD has to oppose from the Left Front.

The Kerala leaders held discussions with party secretary general Abdul Bari Siddiqui and general secretary Bola Yadav at the RJD headquarters. The delegation included leaders supporting RJD Kerala unit president John John. The group led by RJD Kisan Janata State President Tommy Joseph included Ani K. Mathew, NO Kuttappan, Yousafali Madavoor, Manoj Joseph, John Samuel and Abdullah.
