Rizky Risho welcomes Persija’s Plan to build a Stadium

Beck Persia Jakarta Rizky Ridho welcome to the club’s plans to build a new stadium. He believes this will help maintain a player’s fitness.

Persija revealed plans to build a new stadium during the club’s 96th anniversary on Thursday (28/11/2024). Persija Director Mohamad Prapanca made this program a priority to maintain the stability of the club.

Because until now Persija is still excluded from Jakarta when they hold their home match in Liga 1 2024/25. Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) and Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) are often used for non-sporting activities.

When Persija wanted to play at home in both stadiums, the fields were in an unsuitable condition to host matches. Persija must also host PSM at Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul, on September 29, while Madura United must host at Pakansari Stadium, Bogor Regency, on November 6.

“Of course I really support our president’s plan to have his own stadium. Because Persija is Persija Jakarta,” Ridho told reporters. .

“Not Persija Bantul, or Persija Bali, Persija Bogor or anything. Because I rarely play in Jakarta. I hope it will be realized quickly and I can play in the my own stadium,” he said.

Ritho explained that playing at home outside Jakarta made the team tired. Especially when Persija have to play in another region, which makes home games feel like away games.

“If you say you are tired, of course you are tired because you are playing at home but away. The management does not expect that either, but we will help the team. If the blade “My own game, I hope I can play at home,” said Ridho.
