A musician couple Rizky Febian and immediately Mahalini gave up her queen. That’s because the two are ready to walk down the aisle.
The wedding will take place in Bali on 5 May 2024 at the Mahalini family home.
“The (traditional) Balinese event will be on May 5,” said one of Mahalini’s relatives as reported by detikBali, Monday (29/4/2024).
After the traditional wedding procession in Bali, the reception continued in Jakarta. However, there has been no confirmation as to when the reception in Jakarta will be held.
“We continued in Jakarta for several days,” Mahalini’s relative said.
According to detikBali, on Tuesday afternoon (30/4/2024), at Mahalini’s residence, people were seen walking around putting up decorations. You will see a typical Balinese tent made of coconut leaf fronds and bamboo installed in the front garden of the house.
One of Mahalini’s neighbors, Made Kardi, revealed that preparations for the wedding ceremony had started several days ago by Mahalini’s extended family. The family has also spoken to religious leaders to ensure that the event continues.
On May 5, a farewell ceremony will be held first before continuing with the main event. Saying goodbye is one of a series of Balinese Hindu wedding ceremonies to say goodbye to ancestors.
“In Bali, the farewell ceremony is held before the wedding ceremony,” Kardi said.
For your information, Rizky Febian and Mahalini officially announced that they were dating on February 7, 2022. Already to move to a more serious level, both of them decided to get engaged on May 7, 2023 .
