Rizky Billar, who was represented by his lawyer, finally opened his voice on the alleged case of domestic violence (KDRT) presented by Lesti Kejora.
Adek Efril Manurung said his client did not commit domestic violence, it was just a misunderstanding.
At that moment the two were arguing, but Rizky Billar was reluctant to answer Lesti because his parents were there.
“The actual incident was Rizky’s first fight with his wife, Rizky asked to be quiet because his mother was there,” Ade said when he met in South Jakarta on Saturday (8/10).
“But his wife was always angry, in the end Lesti shut her mouth so as not to make a fuss. She (Lesti) struggled (to the point that her hands were choking on her),” he continued.
At that moment Rizky did not realize that his hand was touching and gripping Lesti’s neck tightly. However, Rizky confirmed to Ade that he did not intend to hurt Lesti.
“I clearly know there was no intentional element of my client to hurt his wife,” he added.
After the incident, the two talked in the room and rested. Lesti was angrily recalled to anger Rizky Billar to the point of divorce.
“After that, they talked in bed. After talking, around 5 again, Lesti was angry again, my client wanted to go to the bathroom to calm down,” she explained.
“When he went to the bathroom, ‘your first brother talak’, that’s where Lesti got mad, he pulled his necklace (Rizky Billar) was put aside, (Lesti) fell,” Ade explained.

After the two calmed down, Rizky, who had said the divorce, later found out how to secure their marriage. They also have sex to cancel the divorce.
“After watching the navigation, oh we can have a finished husband and wife,” she continued.
After reconciling, Lesti asked Rizky Billar for permission to go to his father’s house. But he was surprised that there were reports of domestic violence allegations that night.
