JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Head of the Bogor District Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Agus Ridhallah revealed the violation of health protocols that had occurred in a welcoming crowd Rizieq Shihab at Megamendung, last Friday (13/11/2020).
This was conveyed by Agus when he was a witness in the trial of the Megamendung crowd case with the defendant Rizieq Shihab at the East Jakarta District Court, Monday (19/4/2021).
Agus said the protocol violations included not wearing a mask and not maintaining a distance.
“Not wearing a mask. Second, (not) keeping your distance, it is not appropriate then there is also no washing your hands,” said Agus when testifying on Monday, quoted from Tribunnews.com.

Agus continued, the number of people who attended the event also exceeded the regulations of the Bogor Regency Covid-19 Task Force, which is a maximum of 150 people.
Meanwhile, said Agus, the number of people who attended the event reached 3,000 people.
In addition, the event also runs for more than 3 hours, not in accordance with the regulations of the Bogor Regency Covid-19 Task Force, which is a maximum of 3 hours.
“The implementation exceeds the limited number of 150 people. More (time) than 3 hours,” he said.
He added that the event committee also did not sign the readiness to comply with health protocols as a condition that must be met to hold events during a pandemic.
“There is no (approval from the committee), the committee should sign a statement of ability to comply with the Health Protocol to the sub-district head, then the camat will allow the activity after the statement has been made,” said Agus.

In this case, Rizieq was charged with obstructing the implementation of a health quarantine related to the crowd case in Megamendung.
He was accused of violating Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine.
In addition, Rizieq was also charged with violating Article 14 paragraph (1) of Law No. 4 of 1984 on Contagious Disease Outbreaks. Finally, he was charged with Article 216 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
