Riyal Investment and Development Company shares to begin trading on Saudi Stock Exchange

The listing and trading of Riyal Investment and Development Company shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange will begin next Tuesday, October 24, according to a statement from the Saudi Tadawul on Sunday.

The company offered 9% of its shares for public subscription on the Saudi Stock Exchange and listed it on the parallel market “Nomu”, which is an alternative platform for companies wishing to list with fewer listing requirements.

Listings and offerings are active on the Saudi Stock Exchange and Gulf markets in light of the rise in global interest rates.

The Saudi Riyal Investment and Development Company was established in 1993 and operates in the activity of selling and renting cars. It has a fleet of 3,221 vehicles.
