The Riyadh Municipality also participates in a variety of programmes, entertainment activities and competitions in several locations distributed throughout the city, and the people of the capital participate in the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. The events will be held in 13 locations in parks and gardens: Al-Suwaidi, Prince Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Munsiyah 5, Okaz, Dahiyat Laban, Al-Raed 1, Al-Sanabel, Hattin 2, Abu Dhar Al-Ghafari, Al-Nadwa District, Al-Saada, and the administrative center in Al-Ha’ir. It also included nine mosques on the morning of Eid: Al-Izz bin Abdul Salam, Al-Awad, Al-Ghazi, Dhu Al-Nourin, Al-Qafari, Al-Muslim, Al-Murshid, Al-Ajlan, and Umm Abdullah, in addition to organizing the hovercraft event in 28 locations that varied between gardens, parks, and mosques.
It is worth noting that the event visitors’ journey will begin with a reception and welcome, then watching folkloric performances, attending the Eid nights sparkling with decorations and lighting, a children’s experience, and carnival games, taking into account the provision of areas for photography, sessions, food and drinks.
