Celebrate its 22nd this yearth anniversary, the farm has always been a family affair for the Riverin clan. On March 18, Chantale and Sylvain officially opened the microdairy of the same name, with the help of their children Alexandre and Philippe and his wife, Valérie.

For newlyweds and their family, the holiday season is a long-awaited moment because they can afford a luxury denied to farmers for the rest of the year: rest! The Riverin clan will take the opportunity to recharge their batteries by alternating festive gatherings and moments of rest in the woods, focusing on the main thing for them – spending quality time together. And why not, simmer on some new projects?

Because while there’s nothing simple about becoming a farm processor and learning isn’t without its challenges, the family thinks big. They like to imagine a project that helps stimulate tourism in their commune of Hébertville-Station.

In addition to the flavored milks whose reputation is well established, regular milks, butters, yoghurts and ice creams can be purchased at the boutique. A bar of hot chocolate will enrich the offer for the Christmas holidays.
