– Unfortunately, I have been able to devote much less time to it lately, but there are things that I stick to. During the Advent period, I decorate the apartment, but only in a restrained way. I mostly make the Advent wreath, and a few string lights are put up in the windows. I like to vaporize essential oils and light candles for the mood. Baking gingerbread and bagels is a must-have every year. In the evenings, I meticulously decorate the honeys, some say it’s almost artistic. I usually bake bagels in industrial quantities, the traditional walnut and poppy seeds – he told us in response to our inquiry.
