“Why is Osteoporosis dangerous? It turns out that this condition does not cause any symptoms. No pain, no joint stiffness, all nothing. But the danger is that when you fall, the bones will immediately break,” said dr. Anita.

So that this condition does not get worse, dr. Anita suggested the need to do healthy habits and consult an Orthopedic doctor.

“For the prevention of this Osteoporosis problem, we can do it by means of regular consultations and examinations,” said dr. Anita.

In addition to examinations and consultations, he also advised to keep doing physical activity to avoid osteoporosis. According to him, osteoporosis actually occurs due to lack of exercise.

“We must exercise and increase physical activity. Besides, the most important thing to prevent osteoporosis is to regulate a healthy diet,” he continued.

There are several recommendations for healthy foods, one of which is by eating foods high in calcium. Starting from vegetables broccoli, salmon, milk, cheese, and oranges.
