Alerts sent to the Helpbook.info platform about sea woes faced by beachgoers and locals have become more frequent.
Here is our user’s complaint with a request for a response to the responsible authorities: “I want to file a report regarding the illegal banning of access to the beach and the construction of illegal facilities on the beach! Along the coast between Sarafovo quarter and Europa camping, which is an unprotected area, there are beach areas! Right next to the bow where the bunker is located is a fairly wide beach area that my family and I visited often. But on our last visit we were asked to leave as it was private property. A restaurant with a shed, a terrace, an eco-toilet, a parking lot, stairs and stands for jets and canoes have been built. I ask that my signal be taken into account and that access to the beach be restored for all those who wish. I am attaching photos of the built facilities!” (See the full alert here)
Another user of ours alerted us that a few days ago paid umbrellas appeared in the area between Perla Beach and Bar Intriga with a request to check how legal this is. (See the full alert here)
They also complained to us about the service and the food in a restaurant in Pomorie. After ordering, we were served soggy chicken and an old wilted salad. When talking to the manager, he claimed that everything was fine and neither replaced their food nor offered to cancel the payment. As a result, his clients ended up with a serious eating disorder and a nightmare trip. “Please order an inspection of the said facility because we don’t want other families, especially those like us with small children, to suffer in this way!” he concluded.
