Rising energy costs – Creditreform complains about the lack of payment behavior by companies

Most recently, more than 2.1 million overdue invoices have been paid nationwide, and some 280,000 companies have paid with significant delay. Businesses of all sizes, medium or large, have made their lenders wait beyond their set payment target. Particularly affected is the construction sector. Creditreform expects a sharp rise in defaults in the first quarter of 2023.
