No longer justifiable
“Electricity will be almost 16 percent more expensive”, September 1 edition.
The issue reports on the new electricity tariff of WWZ Zug, which will increase by 16 percent as of January 1, 2024. It was not reported that the price had already increased by 34 percent as of January 1, 2023. This means that the price will increase by 50 percent from January 1, 2024. If you look at the profit achieved by WWZ in 2023, this is simply no longer justifiable to consumers.
